Kettering Greek Life

All the Colors

You may have some perceptions of fraternities of sororities from popular movies that depict reckless party animals majoring in debauchery. These stereotypes make for good movies. The reality is that there are Greek fraternities and sororities that are reputable organizations that offer fellowship, academic support, leadership training/opportunities, participation in campus activities, and philanthropy in the community.

At Kettering University there are currently 11 fraternities and 3 sororities:

  • Alpha Gamma Delta (B-Section only)
  • Alpha Sigma Alpha
  • Alpha Phi (A-Section only)

  • Beta Theta Pi
  • Delta Chi
  • Delta Tau Delta
  • FIJI
  • Lambda Chi Alpha
  • Phi Delta Theta
  • Pi Kappa Alpha
  • Sigma Alpha Epsilon
  • Sigma Chi
  • Sigma Nu (A-Section only)
  • Theta Xi
Even if you find out that Phi Delta Theta is not for you, we encourage you to check out all of the other organizations on campus and see if there is one that fits your personality, goals, and standards. The right fraternity can enrich your college years with rewarding service to the community, leadership training/opportunities, social activities, academic achievement, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
